Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings at Buro de Pijp are made for a specific date, time and space. Please check your booking details carefully before confirming.

Cowork bookings

All cowork bookings made through our website are final and non-refundable.

Once confirmed, a cowork booking cannot be cancelled and no refund or credit will be provided for unused bookings or no-shows.

Requests to change the date or time may be considered at the discretion of Buro de Pijp and are subject to availability.

Meetings & Events

For meetings, workshops and events, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: free cancellation

• 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the total quoted amount

• Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total quoted amount

• No-show: 100% of the total quoted amount

Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation date is the date on which Buro de Pijp receives the written cancellation.

Costs already incurred for catering, staff, equipment or external suppliers remain payable if these costs cannot be cancelled or recovered.

Changes & Rescheduling

Changes to the date, timing, number of guests or booked services are subject to availability and confirmation by Buro de Pijp.

Rescheduling a confirmed meeting or event is only possible with our written approval. If a new date cannot be agreed, the cancellation conditions above apply.

Cancellation by Buro de Pijp

If Buro de Pijp has to cancel a confirmed booking and cannot offer a suitable alternative, any amount paid directly to Buro de Pijp for that booking will be refunded.
